The skill sets being sought are:
- Schematic design using OrCAD Capture CIS
- PCB Layout using Allegro
- Should aware of Library creation (PCB footprint, Schematic symbol creation and part mapping)
- Generation of Gerbers, BOMs
- Working with fabricator and assembly team to realize the final board
- Minor soldering skills
- Should have an understanding of elctrical/electronic circuits
- USB, Ethernet, DDR, FPGA routing skills
- Experience in designing with mixed signal ICs (ADCs, DACs)
- Experience in working with RF ICs
- Basic C-programming
- Applicant should know about the mixed signals, digital, analog, RF and power designs.
- Manufacturing Understanding:
- Stack-up design
- Panelization and Clubbing the PCBs
- Gerber generation
- Layout Understanding
- Impedance matching
- Differential routing
- Crosstalk
- Minimum knowledge on DFX (DFA, DFT and DFM).
