Control Panel

Control panel in the generators are the spirit focus of power generation systems. These panels house a complex range of switches, gauges and indicators. All designed to monitor and manage the generator’s operations. They provide real-time data on voltage, current, frequency and other vital parameters ensuring the generator runs efficiently and without harm.
Control panels also feature start/stop buttons and emergency shutdown controls for immediate action. Further more, modern control panels often integrate digital screens for in-built user interface and remote monitoring capabilities, enhancing ease of operation. Additionally, with safety interlocks and alarms, they safeguard against overloads, faults and further potential issues.
In essence, control panels are the indispensable interface between operators and the generator. Which enables precise control and oversight. Whether for backup power in emergencies or continuous operation in critical industries.

Electrical Drive Systems

Since a typical drive system is assembled with an electric motor (there may be several) and a sophisticated control system that controls the rotation of the motor shaft, M.R. Engineering is into making and customization of electrical drive systems according to customer requirements.

PLC Controls

Fundamentally, a PLC’s job is to control a system’s functions using the internal logic programmed into it usually receive data and sending operating instructions. Hence M.R. Engineering is into making and repairing of PLC Controls.

ATS Control Panel

Control Panel in the Generator. Since automatic transfer switch panel, or ATS panel, is a type of transfer panel used to automatically switch between the mains and generator in the event of a power failure, M.R. Engineering is into making and repairing of ATS control panels as per the client's needs.
